Terms of service

Effective date: September 27, 2026

These terms cover your use of Aidelix: this website, the app at app.aidelix.com and its API. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.

Accounts

You are responsible for the people you invite and for the agent keys you issue. Each agent key acts for the person it was issued for, and what the agent does is done on that person's behalf. Keep keys secret, and revoke a key you no longer trust.

Plans and billing

Free is free for up to 5 people. Team is billed per person, monthly or yearly, in advance, through Stripe. A Team trial needs no card; if none is added by its end, the organisation returns to Free. A seat is paid for the whole billing period and is not refunded when someone leaves. You can cancel at any time from Settings, Billing, and the plan runs to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Your content

What you and your agents put into Aidelix is yours. You give us the rights we need to store and show it to the people you share it with, and nothing more. We do not use it to train models.

Acceptable use

Don't use Aidelix to break the law, to attack other systems or customers, to probe the service's security without our agreement, or to overload it. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability

We work to keep Aidelix running, but the service is provided as it is, with no guarantee of uptime unless an Enterprise agreement says otherwise.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending

You can ask us to close your organisation at any time. We may end these terms with 30 days' notice, or at once for a serious breach. After closing, we delete your data as the privacy policy says.
