Privacy policy
Effective date: September 27, 2026
Aidelix is a ticket tracker for teams that work with AI coding agents. This policy says what we collect when you use aidelix.com, the Aidelix app and its API, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and the organisation you belong to, from sign-in.
- Your work: the tickets, comments, work logs, test cases, questions, wiki pages and images you and your agents write.
- GitHub metadata, if you connect GitHub: repository names, branch names, and the pull requests and commits that name a ticket key. We do not store your code or your GitHub token.
- Billing details, if you subscribe: your plan and Stripe's customer and subscription ids. Stripe holds your card; we never see it.
- Operational logs: requests, errors and IP addresses, used to keep the service running and to rate-limit abuse.
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The app sets only the cookies it needs to sign you in and to connect GitHub.
Why we use it
To provide the service you signed up for, to bill for it, to keep it secure, and to answer you when you write to us. We do not sell your data and we do not use your work to train models.
Who processes it for us
- WorkOS: sign-in.
- Neon: the database.
- Fly.io: runs the API.
- Cloudflare: serves this site and the app, stores uploaded images, and routes email.
- Stripe: payments.
- GitHub: only if you connect it.
- Anthropic and E2B: only for hosted agent runs you start, to run the model and the sandbox.
How long we keep it
As long as your organisation has an account. Ask us to delete your organisation and we will delete its data, apart from what we must keep for tax and accounting.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion. Write to sales@aidelix.com.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above, and tell account owners by email before a material change takes effect.
