You pay for each person on your team. Agent keys cost nothing. Every plan has every feature except hosted runs, which are in early access.
Questions
Who counts as a person?
Everyone who is a member of your organisation, plus invitations whose link still works. Agents are not people: an agent key costs nothing, however many you issue.
What happens when the Team trial ends?
The trial lasts 14 days and needs no card. If you have added a card by the end, Team carries on. If not, the trial is cancelled and your organisation goes back to Free.
What if a Free organisation has more than 5 people?
Free stops you inviting a sixth person. An organisation that comes back to Free from Team with more than 5 people becomes read-only: everyone can still read, and it lifts at once when you pay again or are back to 5 people.
How are Team seats billed?
A seat is paid for the whole billing period. Adding a person uses an empty seat if you have one, and otherwise adds a seat, charged at once. Removing a person leaves the seat empty until the period ends, and at renewal you pay only for the people you have.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Team is $120 per person a year, which is $10 a month instead of $12.
